Fifteen years building and scaling distributed systems, across the industry's move from bare-metal servers and monoliths to cloud-native, Kubernetes and GitOps. I take on the work teams postpone: paying down technical debt, building deployment from nothing, and keeping systems running.
Reference architecture. Client code is under NDA, so this page describes the design and the reasoning behind it rather than a specific deployment.
A Kubernetes platform built so product teams do not have to become Kubernetes engineers. A team requests a namespace and receives quotas, network policy, ingress, TLS, log shipping and a dashboard already wired up.
The platform layer is deliberately opinionated. Teams get a small manifest surface rather than raw Kubernetes objects, which keeps the blast radius of a mistake inside one namespace and makes cluster upgrades something the platform team can actually schedule.
